PhotoPad facebook application

We have different options popping up to allow you to scrapbook your photos. One that I recently had the chance to test out is the PhotoPad Facebook application.

It’s easy to use and carries my favorite price tag… free!

  • Step 1: Visit the PhotoPad Facebook page.
  • Step 2: Like the page (if you don’t already) and then click on “Go to App” to launch the app. The app will ask permission to pull from your page/pages and to publish back to them.
  • Step 3: Click on the photo book option, selecting Create a New Book.
  • Step 4: Have fun creating your album!

Alright, there is a little to creating your album. The simplest is to just drag photos from the bar to the spots for photos and click where you can easily add text to write something catchy. But, you can also change backgrounds by clicking change styles, select backgrounds, and then drag the one you want down to the page. Under that same change styles option, you can alter the page layout, add stickers, or add shapes. Photos can be pulled from a Facebook album, a Flikr album, a URL or even your computer.

Then you enjoy the finished product!

When you are done, there are a few options for saving. I’ve strictly saved as a photobook which then goes onto my ‘shelf’ for later editing or viewing. But, you can also send it to your page or to a friend.

So if you are looking for a way to do something more than upload photos to Facebook, give PhotoPad a look.
